Cancellation Policy
To respect our stylists' time and accommodate all guests fairly, The Loft Salon enforces the following cancellation and no-show policy.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Late cancellations may be accepted without charge when a valid reason is provided (for example, emergencies).
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend a booked appointment without notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Card on File
A valid credit card may be required to secure certain bookings. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy and authorize applicable fees for late cancellations or no-shows. If a client does not have a card on file, a penalty will be added to their profile and must be paid before booking again.
